Coconut Coffee Smoothie

  • For the Smoothie:
  • 1 cup Ripple Vanilla Milk
  • 1 cup brewed coffee or cold brew, poured into an ice cube tray and frozen overnight
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup large flake coconut, toasted
  • For Topping:
  • Large flaked coconut, toasted
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Sliced fresh banana
  • Hemp seeds
  • Dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Fresh blackberries


  1. To a high speed blender add all ingredients. Process until smooth. Taste, and adjust flavors as needed.
  2. Divide between two large glasses. Top with desired toppings and serve!
