- For the Eggnog:
- 1 bottle (25.4 fl oz) Ripple Half & Half
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional Toppings:
- Non-dairy whipped cream
- Cinnamon or nutmeg
- Add Ripple Half & Half, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until creamy, 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness and flavor as needed.
- Serve cold, over ice, or hot.
- Serve with non-dairy whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
