Vegan Eggnog

  • For the Eggnog:
  • 1 bottle (25.4 fl oz) Ripple Half & Half
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Non-dairy whipped cream
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg


  1. Add Ripple Half & Half, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness and flavor as needed.
  4. Serve cold, over ice, or hot.
  5. Serve with non-dairy whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
