Honey Lavender Iced Latte



  • Honey Lavender Syrup:
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

  • Coffee:
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Ripple Half and Half
  • ¼ cup Ripple Vanilla Milk
  • 2 tablespoons lavender vanilla syrup Ice


  1. In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, combine honey, coconut sugar, water, and lavender.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Turn heat to low and simmer about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Strain into a small container and let cool slightly.
  5. Fill a large glass with ice.
  6. Add the half and half, milk and 1 tablespoon of the lavender syrup.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Pour in the coffee and stir. Enjoy!
