Layered Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  •  
  • For the first layer:
  • 1 cup Ripple Original Milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled & roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 frozen avocado
  •  
  • For the second layer:
  • 1 cup Ripple Original Milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  •  
  • For topping:
  • Kiwi,
  • pineapple,
  • granola,
  • & toasted coconut

Directions

  1. To a high speed blender add all ingredients for the first layer. Process until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two 16 ounce glasses and place in the freezer.
  3. Rinse out the blender and add all ingredients for the second layer. Process until smooth.
  4. Remove smoothies from freezer and pour the second layer on top.
  5. Top with fresh fruit, granola, toasted coconut, and serve!
