Ingredients
- For the first layer:
- 1 cup Ripple Original Milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled & roughly chopped
- ½ cup fresh spinach, packed
- 1 frozen avocado
- For the second layer:
- 1 cup Ripple Original Milk
- 1 frozen banana
- ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- For topping:
- Kiwi,
- pineapple,
- granola,
- & toasted coconut
Directions
- To a high speed blender add all ingredients for the first layer. Process until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie between two 16 ounce glasses and place in the freezer.
- Rinse out the blender and add all ingredients for the second layer. Process until smooth.
- Remove smoothies from freezer and pour the second layer on top.
- Top with fresh fruit, granola, toasted coconut, and serve!
