Candy Cane Martini


  • Makes: 2 servings


  • 5 mini candy canes
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 cup Ripple Vanilla Half & Half
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract


  1. Crush 3 mini candy canes and spread out evenly on small plate.
  2. Dip the rim of 2 martini glasses into water then into crushed candy canes and set aside.
  3. To cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice cubes, vanilla vodka, Ripple Vanilla Half & Half, simple syrup, and peppermint extract.
  4. Strain into rimmed martini glasses and garnish with remaining mini candy canes.
