This recipe comes together with just a few ingredients and is incredibly easy to make! It’s a much healthier alternative to standard mousse and a delicious way to eat avocados.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup chocolate Ripple
  • 1/8 cup cacao powder
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. To a blender or food processor add your ripe avocado, Ripple, cacao powder and cinnamon until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  2. You can adjust the taste and add more cacao powder to make it even more chocolatey, and sweetener if you like things sweeter.
  3. Store in the fridge to firm up a bit and chill before serving.
  4. Top with your favourite toppings, like crushed nuts, frozen berries, mint leaves, cacao nibs.
