Monster Protein Bites



  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop Ripple Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate candies


  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, Ripple Unflavored Protein Powder, peanut butter, agave and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and chocolate candies.
  3. Roll dough into 2-tablespoon sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
