Pumpkin Smoothie


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or mix of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove)
  • 1/3 cup Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon molasses or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice


Add all ingredients into a blender until smooth and to the consistency of your liking. Top with some pecans and extra cinnamon if you wish!
