Mango Matcha Iced Latte

  • For the Mango Puree:
  • ½-¾ cup fresh or frozen mango, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Ripple Vanilla Milk
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • For the Latte:
  • Ice cubes
  • ½ cup Ripple Vanilla Milk
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder


  1. To a blender add mango, Ripple Vanilla Milk, agave nectar, and vanilla. Puree until smooth then pour into a 12 ounce glass.
  2. Add a few ice cubes, then pour Ripple Vanilla Milk over the puree.
  3. To a small mixing bowl add hot water and match powder. Use a matcha whisk, whisk, or hand frother to mix until smooth.
  4. Pour matcha on top of the milk. Serve as-is, stir to combine all the flavors!
