German Chocolate + Pumpkin Chia Pudding Parfait



  • German Chocolate Chia Pudding:
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Ripple
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  • Pumpkin Chia Pudding:
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Original Ripple
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract


  • Toppings (optional):
  • Unsweetened Coconut
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Glazed Pecans
  • Walnuts


  1. In a small jar, combine all ingredients for chocolate chia pudding. Stir well. Repeat with pumpkin chia pudding ingredients in a separate jar. Refrigerate at least three hours (or overnight).
  2. To assemble, layer chocolate and pumpkin puddings in a small glass. Top with coconut, chocolate chips and nuts. Enjoy!
