Big Cluster Granola


  • 10-12 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups oats
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup syrup
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the dates until broken into small pieces.
  3. Add the almonds, walnuts and oats and pulse 5-8 times.
  4. Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until combined and all nuts are coated.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread into a single layer, packing the mixture down tightly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip pan and bake 20 minutes more.
  7. Allow to cool then break into pieces and enjoy with Ripple Milk of your choice!
