Berry Buzz Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  •  
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (or any other nuts)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon coffee grounds, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ cup Ripple Original Milk
  •  
  • For Topping, optional
  • Sliced banana
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Hemp seeds
  • Fresh berries

Directions

  1. To the bottom of a 1 pint jar, add fruit and maple syrup.
  2. Use the base of a wooden spoon or spatula to crush the fruit (it should release some juices).
  3. Top fruit with oats, nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla, coffee grounds (if using), salt, and Ripple Original Milk. Do not stir. Place the lid on top and place in the fridge overnight.
  4. When ready to eat, remove from fridge and stir ingredients together.
  5. Top oats with more fresh fruit, granola, and toasted coconut flakes (or any of your favorite toppings).
