Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 tbsp baking powder teaspoon
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup vegan butter, cold and cubed
- 1 1/4 cup (240ml) Ripple Half & Half

Directions
- In a food processor, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt together and pulse until combined.
- Add the cubed vegan butter and cut into the dry ingredients by pulsing several times in the processor. Pulse until coarse crumbs form.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- Pour Ripple Half & Half on top. Stir everything together until just about combined– do not overwork the dough. The dough will be very crumbly. Move the dough from the bowl out onto a work surface and gently bring it together in a ball using your hands.
- Gently flatten until it is evenly 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 3-inch circles.
- Re-roll any scraps until you have about 12 biscuits.
- Arrange them close together on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving with your choice of toppings.
