- 1 pint Ripple Chocolate Ice Cream (softened at room temperature for about 5 minutes)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3/4-1 cup Ripple Chocolate Milk
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Vegan whipped cream, optional
- Combine ice cream, ice, milk, chocolate syrup, bourbon, and salt in a blender.
- Blend on high until creamy.
- Divide among 2-4 glasses, and top with whipped cream.
