Double Chocolate Boozy Bourbon Shake


  • 1 pint Ripple Chocolate Ice Cream (softened at room temperature for about 5 minutes)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4-1 cup Ripple Chocolate Milk
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Vegan whipped cream, optional


  1. Combine ice cream, ice, milk, chocolate syrup, bourbon, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy.
Divide among 2-4 glasses, and top with whipped cream.
