We Got the Beet Latte

  • Makes: 2 servings


  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons beet powder
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup Ripple Barista Blend


  1. Combine hot coffee, beet powder, maple syrup, and spices in a mug. Stir well.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the Barista Blend over medium-low heat until warm. Whisk vigorously or froth with a milk frother.
  3. Pour over the top of the coffee mixture. Sprinkle with beet powder as desired.
