Dairy-Free White Chocolate Matcha Latte


  • Makes: 1 serving


  • ½ cup Ripple Barista Style
  • 1-2 tbsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons vegan white chocolate, chopped (may sub for agave, coconut sugar or maple syrup)


  1. Warm 1/2 cup Ripple Barista Style in the microwave for one minute, or in a small saucepan on the stovetop over medium-low heat.
  2. Using a whisk or handheld frother, whisk vigorously for one minute.
  3. Place matcha powder in the bottom of a large mug. Pour in hot water and stir until well combined.
  4. Stir white chocolate pieces into matcha mixture and top with frothed Ripple Barista Style.
