Dairy-Free Cinnamon Shortbread Latte

  • 1/3 cup hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cookie butter
  • 2/3 cup Ripple Barista Blend, frothed
  • ground cinnamon


  1. Combine hot espresso and cookie butter in a coffee cup and stir until cookie butter has melted.
