Ripple Foods Launches Line of Plant-Based Superfoods Milk

The non-dairy milk in flavors Matcha, Turmeric, and Açai will be carried exclusively in Target stores in September 2019

BERKELEY, CA – September 12, 2019 – Ripple Foods, a leader in the plant-based, non-dairy food industry, is excited to announce the launch of its vibrant new product line, Superfoods Milk. Available in a 32 oz. bottle size in flavors Matcha, Turmeric, and Acai, Ripple Plant-Based Superfoods Milks combines the clean plant protein of Ripple Milk with the added functional benefit of high-quality superfood ingredients for a uniquely nutritious beverage experience. The new products will be available exclusively in Target stores through 2019, with additional retail expansion to come in 2020.

Each serving of Superfoods Milk contains 8 grams of high-quality plant-based protein and has a lightly sweetened, balanced taste that is perfect for drinking on its own or using in recipes. The plant-based Superfoods Milk line was developed in response to a growing consumer demand for beverages that tout both health benefits and functionality. According to Beverage Daily’s 2019 Beverage Trends1, plant-based products, colorful functional ingredients and globally-inspired flavors were all named as top trends for the year—and Ripple Superfoods Milk speaks to all of these trends.

The three Ripple Superfood flavors were thoughtfully crafted with distinct, vibrant ingredients, including: earthy, subtly sweet Matcha for clean, calm energy; golden Turmeric combined with warming chai spices; berry-forward Acai packed with antioxidants.

The launch of Superfoods Milk closely follows the announcement of the return of Ripple Creamy Yogurt Alternative; both products launched with Target as the lead retailer partner.
